The majority of our instructions are in private law proceedings involving a decision between parents and family members as to where a child should live, contact with children, prohibited step and non-molestation orders and parental responsibility agreements/orders.

We advise companies, irrespective of size, on the legal framework within which their businesses should operate. We regularly advise on registration of companies, contracts and acquisitions, assets and liabilities as well as partnership agreements. In most cases, we can enter into a Service Agreements to cover ongoing representation to corporate clients. This ensures peace of mind and allows you to get on with building your business.
We also have a sound practice experience in the ever changing area of law that governs relationships in the workplace through a combination of contract law and statutory rights. We are regularly instructed to advise employers and employees in all types of claims which include unfair dismissal claims, discrimination, breach of contract and settlement agreements.

We represent clients in all immigration matters including bail applications before the First-tier Tribunal, Judicial Review and full representation at appeals against immigration decisions taken by the Secretary of State or Entry Clearance Officers.
